Conplant Supplys Queensland’s Cross River Rail Project with Compaction Equipment

The Cross River Rail project, Queensland’s largest public transport project, will help create the capacity needed to meet future predicted increased demand.

The Rail, Integration, and Systems (RIS) package of the Cross River Rail project is being delivered by the Unity Alliance, which includes, CPB Contractors, UGL Engineering, Jacobs Group, and AECOM.

Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills which includes 5.9 km of twin tunnels under the Brisbane River and CBD.

The project includes four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street, and Roma Street as well as upgrades to eight above-ground stations including Salisbury, Rocklea, Moorooka, Yeerongpilly, Yeronga, Fairfield, Dutton Park, and Exhibition.
