Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift (TBHLS) are proud to deliver the second Manitowoc MLC650 in Australia to the fleet base on the East Coast.
The new Manitowoc MLC650 combines Variable Position CounterweightTM (VPCTM) technology with the dynamic Crane Control System (CCS) to deliver class-leading load charts and maximize productivity.

Variable Position CounterweightTM (VPCTM) VPC technology allows the crane’s counterweight to be positioned automatically. This feature will help to
optimize the crane lifting capacity by eliminating the need for car body counterweight.
The crane can be configured for a more optimized lifting performance through the optional VPC-MAXTM attachments.
This technology enhances the capacity by utilizing only standard VPC components and only requires the addition of a 36m fixed mast and the VPCMAX beam.

Manitowoc MLC650 at a glance:
• FACTTM technology aligns and securely fastens crane components for quick assembly.
• The VPC technology works by automatically moving the counterweight into a maximized position for the given configuration and load case. The automatic function allows the operator to focus on the load and safety at the working site.
• MLC650 features a removable live mast shipping module and boom inserts designed to allow luffing jib inserts to ship within the boom inserts for cost-effective transport.
• A fully enclosed and insulated galvannealed steel cab features power tile and full view glass for incomparable visibility.
