Partnership Between Hitachi and Sullair to Better Support Customers

To better support, customers in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, a new partnership between Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) and Sullair Australia has been established to give customers access to portable air compressors and on-ground technical support.

Sullair portable compressed air products and servicing will now be available for purchase and servicing through the Darwin branch in the Northern Territory.

Tony Pilbrow, HCA’s Western Regional GM says, ‘it’s a great turnkey solution to meet our HCA and Sullair customers’ needs, and we’re proud to be able to bring this collaboration to the NT.’

Sullair customers in the NT will also benefit from access to HCA’s 24/7 customer support center and increased responsiveness from both service engineers and sales staff.

Paul McClintock, Darwin’s Branch Manager explains that “customers will have shorter wait times when fulfilling orders or service requests because the support is all close to home.”

Both Sullair and HCA are well-established businesses having worked in Australia for over 50 years combined. Gareth Spencer, Regional Sales Manager at Sullair Australia, mentions that both companies have looked forward to this for some time, and that “Sullair hasn’t had the opportunity to have a presence in the NT until now, this solution will finally allow customers to buy local and be supported locally as well.”

Gareth adds that “Sullair portable compressors are engineered to withstand harsh conditions, which makes them highly suitable for work in the Northern Territory”.
