The new branch is Queensland’s 10 NAPA Auto Parts, and Australia’s last NAPA branch to open in 2020, rounding off the year with 28 NAPA Auto Parts branches nationally. Converting to NAPA Auto Parts from Ashdown-Ingram and Global Auto Spares, the team is offering automotive specialists more value through NAPA PROLink and an increased product range including belts, brakes, oils, filtration and underbody components.

Regional Manager, Dennis McKay, has opened five locations during this year’s unique trading conditions but is seeing positive results of hard work and new teams coming together to form one. He said:

“Merging two strong teams like those at Ashdown-Ingram Burleigh Heads and Global Burleigh Heads means a very hungry sales team ready to make their mark on the region. Expanding their range now allows the team to offer their customers more than ever before.”

“The team has been busy taking orders for new and existing products as well as contacting customers about the change, reminding everyone that it is definitely business as usual for our Burleigh Heads trade account customers.”

NAPA Auto Parts Burleigh Heads is taking service and stock availability to new heights. The new location is over 1,000 square metres, with the vast majority of space provided to house over $2 million in stock for use just on the coast. The stock profile is vast and deep, with many of the world’s leading brands, trusted by Australian mechanics and specialists. Branch Manager, Glen Shepherd said:

“Both teams have come together to help work towards the opening of the NAPA Burleigh Heads branch. All the knowledge and experience the team has combined will enable us to pursue new opportunities while maintaining a high level of service for our current Ashdown-Ingram and Global customers.”

“Expanding from automotive electrical and thermal parts to a stock profile inclusive of brakes, suspension and everything to cover a logbook service means we’ve got more to offer and more value for specialists.”

Importantly, as with all NAPA Auto Parts locations, whilst the brand and location may be different, we still have the same people working behind the counter. The only change Ashdown-Ingram Burleigh Heads customers will come to experience is the use of NAPA PROLink.

NAPA PROLink is an online system used to access an enhanced vehicle parts catalogue search engine. It is designed to make it easier for you to efficiently search for and order parts specific vehicles or applications. Key features of the tool are that it provides ‘real-time’ information on pricing and inventory at the home branch and surrounding branches, as well as giving the ability to build customer quotes, order parts online, search for Log Book Service information (requires SmartQuote subscription) plus much more.

With a strong range currently available, over the course of the coming year, the NAPA Auto Parts range will continue to expand with new brands and products from world-renowned brand leaders becoming available. This means greater access to trusted brands through increased stock levels in locations convenient to you.
