Executive General Manager Luke Mateljan and Chief Financial Officer Malcolm Azzopardi have successfully completed the acquisition of Western Plant Hire (WA).
Mr. Mateljan and Mr. Azzopardi have held senior positions at WPH over the past decade and recently teamed up with private equity led by Mr. Peter Hutchinson to effectively transact the management buy out.
Western Plant Hire looks forward to continuing to support its customers with an expanding fleet of late-model, reliable equipment and first-class backup support.
