CR Digital has announced the launch of the Titan 3330 Load Haul Optimisation System for Wheel Loaders. Building on the success of CR Digital’s original Titan 3330 product for Hydraulic Excavators and Shovels, the range extension expands the benefits of increased productivity capabilities across a new class of loading machines.
Built on 1.5 billion tons of in-field experience and 150+ deployments, the Titan 3330 Load Haul Optimization system enhances productivity in mining operations. By providing truck payload measurements in real-time, the Titan 3330 system enables excavator and now wheel loader operators to load trucks more accurately, increasing the average payload per truck, without increasing major overloads. Titan 3330 provides optimal circuit efficiency for a mine site’s load haul fleet.

Real-time data—accurate loads
The intuitive user interface displays the real-time data to assist the operator with accurate truck loads. By measuring truck payloads in real-time with wheel loader payload monitoring, and the cumulative payload in the truck, the operator has the ability to adjust subsequent wheel loader buckets to more closely achieve the truck target payload.
Titan 3330 enables its users to set specific payload targets to individual trucks. The targets allow mines to align their haul truck payloads with the site’s production strategy, optimizing the load haul fleet.
The Titan technology measures payloads during standard machine cycles, requiring no change to normal machine motions. Titan automatically recognizes non-productive loads, and only allocates those loads that are dumped into the trucks as ongoing payload data. Once a truck is at target capacity and leaves, Titan automatically resets for the next truck in line.
By providing our customers with real-time production and structural duty data, Titan allows operators to self-correct potential damaging dig techniques, which improves their overall performance and reduces the possibility of damage to the wheel loader and trucks, reducing the risk of unscheduled downtime.
