Krone’s new Swadro TC 1370 delivery rake is a gamechanger for broadacre farmers and contractors looking for greater convenience. The 13.7m four-rotor system covers more ground per hour than the successful Swadro1400Plus model, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Krone Australia Assistant Product Manager, Nathan Thomas said the Krone four-rotor centre delivery rakes are productive workhorses and the modern design will ensure longevity and enhance functionality.
“A key feature of the Swadro TC 1370 is a new hydro-pneumatic flotation suspension system which allows users to adjust the rotor weight from the tractor cabin instead of using springs on the machine. This results in better and lighter ground contouring and less stress on the machine”
Mr Thomas said.
“Another key feature is the new integral vibration dampers with soft-down drop rate control, which gently lowers the rotors into its working position, improving the quality of feed. Rotors can be adjusted individually or together on the monitor via the electric height adjustment, meaning there is no need to dismount the tractor, giving the operator more control and saving valuable time.”
The rake is standard with larger transport wheels of size 710/35 R 22.5 and updated wider rotor wheels of size 16.0–9.5-8, compared to the previous 16.0-6.5-8, ensuring less bounce and better contouring.
Other features include five tines on the rear rotors instead of four and a centre frame which sits higher for more clearance in difficult terrain.
The TC 1370 still has the same proven features in the Swadro range including a DuraMax steep dry cam track with three year warranty and a lift tine for a perfect windrow with less crop losses.
Mr Thomas said he was excited to offer this improved four-rotor centre delivery rake to the Australian market.
“The focus on uncompromised stability and convenience means this machine will make life easier for farmers and deliver value for money”
