The new Scania Super powertrain – with additional fuel savings of 8 percent compared to Scania’s already current engine range – delivers the next chapter in its ambition to drive the shift towards sustainable transport systems.

The new powertrain will work as a truly integrated unit, the stamina of the Super engine works in synchronicity with the wider gear range of the new gearbox and rear axles to lower the engine’s RPM at highway cruising speeds and deliver a new industry standard for fuel performance.
